Post 8100 not able to sync with MS exchange 2007 server

Has anyone who isn't on the blackberry enterprise server having issues syncing email from the MS exchange server 2007? My school just installed this server and apparently it uses a dynamic email address versus the old static address. This doesn't allow the currently blackberry service to access my email as a result. Does anyone know if Blackberry is working on this?

You can't sync email without a BES server.

If your school's Exchange server supports Outlook Web Access or is set up for POP service, you should be able to set that up with BIS.

I don't believe there's any such thing as a "dynamic email address". How would I send you spam! I think you mean something else, but I can't imagine what!

Yes our school has installed the new 2007 exchange server, this is part of the problem. BB can't access this email because it involves two layers of security, not the one that earlier versions had. This is the problem. I wondered if anyone else was experiencing it.
