no problem. it needs your pin that you set your youmail up with so it can retrieve your messages.

You have to go to your PC to set settings and apply differnt greetings per person (if you want), I created an account visited site and deleted it. Also if you copy and paste your PIN# IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE abc only numbers, so if you have say a letter C in your pin it will only recognize it as the number 9.

I deleted my accout, which also has to be done from PC, I will let my dear wifde iron it out on hers for me.

    Dont recomend it tho.

    Common Problems

The problem (blank screen) is someone getting to their inbox without signing in - Youmail said they are pushing a fix that will prevent this, and it was due to some weird e-mail setups on some phones.

To fix it, do the following:
    1) exit the app completely
    2) restart - you should now see a sign in screen
    3) sign in with your YouMail number/pin

If somehow you never actually created an account, you can create an account with a link on the sign in screen, or create it online.

You should also just call them 800-374-0013 or e-mail support@youmail.com - they are pretty helpful most of the time.
