    Is this too nitpicky?

I swapped out my gold Curve for the new Sunset because I always wanted the red, but T-Mo didn't have it at first. When I got my gold Curve, the keyboard was extremely loose, so they sent me a new one, good to go!

Well, on the red Curve, the trackball is really, really lose. It doesn't affect the performance -- yet. Should I just suck it up and get used to it, or should I call for an exchange? I'm still in my 14 days, and last time I had to swap, they sent me the new one and I sent my old one out when I got it.

Knowing my luck, I'll get another and have the loose keyboard issue! Am i just being WAY too picky?

I'm nitpicky too, so I do know how you feel about this. That said, I would return/exchange it, as there is a good chance that the next one will be fine. Odds are in your favor. Just remember that every mass produced product is built to + / - tolerances and none will be perfect. I know that's a hard one to accept, as I have a problem with it as well, but it is what it is.

    Good Luck!

Perspective- would you keep your new car 'cuz your steering wheel wobbles when you turn it?

You earn good money (unless you make it yourself, in which case, send me some) so you should never spend it unless you are satisfied 100%!!!
