    Wiped BB and need help (again)

    Just wiped by BB per instructions from customer service to try and resolve the "problem trying to render page" error when surfing the web. My email addresses don't seemed to be synced up with my BB anymore. It just shows the icon to to setup internet mail. Do I have to delete them and remake the accounts or does it take time to reflect on the BB? Also a minor thing, but when I power off it doesn't ask me to choose between turning off and full mode power off (or something like that), how do I go about re-enabling that option?

    log into your tmobile account and click the link that says "service books" and choose to resend them.

    also, on your bb, go options/advanced options/host routing table. then choose menu and scroll/choose register now

    not sure about the power off option...i never turn mine off

    I can help with that. You get those two shutdown options when you activate the auto on/off mode at specific times during the day via the options menu. The full power-off means it will not power on by itself even at the predetermined time; you must manually do it.

    Any idea how long it takes for the resent books to take effect on the BB?

    Service books should not take long at all <10 minutes.
