I either restart the phone or delete and reinstall the application.

Go to options/advanced options/service book delete all the WLM 2.1 service books. There are at least 3 of them. Then log into BIS and resend service books.

Windows live seems to act up when it wants too. After numerous log on errors, it eventually connects. Hopefully the issue is eventually fixed.
