    Will we lose the original enterprise account after upgrade?

    I am considering upgrading my 8320 and am wondering if I will need to contact the IT department of my company and get the enterprise account re-setup again after the upgrading. Anyone has such experience? Will we lose the enterprise email access after upgrading? Thanks.

    I'm not 100% sure what you are asking, but if you are simply asking whether the new phone will need to be re-setup, then the answer is yes.

    I just got my curve exchanged, and I had to drop it off with IT to get it setup again.
