    wifi......uma problems

I'm having problems with my uma connection to my linksys. I set it up and it works but only for about a week then the wifi on the connections screen (wifi and bluetooth) it goes yellow. Or inactive. Why is this and do I have to have hot spot at home for this to stop. I usually just unplugg my linksys and it will work fine but that's getting old. Help.

    blazen,

It does not matter if you have the at home add on or not...

By any chance are you operating any 2.4 ghz devices in your home? These will interfere with your WiFi.

I'm not sure but my computer and my xbox360 are both hooked up to the linksys.

    Cordless phones perhaps?

Admitedly UMA still does not seem to be a perfect system yet. I have at times found myself standing next to my router wondering why I was on EDGE. Removing a 2.4 ghz cordless phone system from my office seems to have helped...

There's actually a lot of things that could interfere w/ your wireless...but if plugging out the router seems to work then you know the problem is atleast not coming from your phone's end. Though I do find a battery pull helps fix a lot of situations.
