Whom to contact for dust issues

So I have an 8300 with dust under my screen... I don't wanna open it up to clean it because I don't want to void my warranty. Since my provider is AT&t, whom should I call to either get a repair or replacement?

They said that they only cover software with the standard warranty. Is this normal?

Contact your service provider. That would be your best bet.

What's with the dust? That seemed to be an issue in the begining, and now it's popping up again!

You should probably just call them and explain to them the defect in the phone and then *should* replace it. It is not damage you caused most likely and therefore a defect of the manufacture of the product in a sense. The AT&T warranty replacement department is very friendly and I have always had great success with them.
