    4.2.2.114 (A1) for a week now with no troubles. I'm on AT&T.
However I do not use a data plan, just use my Curve for the calendar sync feature and as a phone.

Re: Which OS are you using?

Hello everybody! I am about to receive my new BB curve. I live in Mexico City and the newest BB model here is the 8100 pearl... The vendor told me that I wont have any problem in activating my Curve on the BIS.... I read at the beggining of this tread that Telcel in Mexico is using the v4.2.0.79 (Multilanguage) for the Pearl... If my Curve uses a 4.2.X.X.X will it work on the Telcel´s network? or should I install the v4.2.0.79 on the Curve (the same as the pearl) to make it function properly? Thank you for answering!!! I am very excited about my new BB!

Re: Which OS are you using?

OK, this really gets confusing--been reading about all the OS changes and still don't know why you would switch. I'm on 4.2.2.89 with AT&T. So, what would be compatible with this provider and phone? But more importantly-why did everyone switch? Thanks.
