I have an individual who is on a remote location and can not send or reply to emails on her BlackBerry. We are using a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) to sync up with MS Outlook. Everything else in her outllok account is working fine; such as she can recieve email, update her calander and view her contacts, but she just can not send emails. Up until this point everything was fine.

1. I have had her reset her phone (power off then on)
2. Pull the battery out then put it back in.
3. Check all activation settings to ensure that her enterprise was fully activated.
4. Had her "reconcile now"

Before i go ahead and wipe her phone clean, then walk her through an enterprise activation on a remote location, i was wondering if anyone has seen this issue before; and if so, how else might i fix this issue. Thank you so much.
