    Question WeatherBug Direct

I've tried downloading WeatherBug Direct and keep getting the error when I try and download OTA:

    907 Invalid COD
    Unable to import Zip file

I tried to use Blackberry Manager at the same URL, but it is a JAD file, not a zip file. I have the Curve 8320, OS 4.2. Anyone able to get this application to work?

I installed it last night. It sounds like your backwards on the linking. The zip file is for the PC and the jad is for the BB. Download the zip to the PC and extract the files, run desktop manager and install the alx file.

Here is the link to the site. You need to purchase a subscription to download it through Handango.

No, was the same file, that is what I don't understand.

This looks different than the WeatherBug Direct on the Weatherbug Site:

Can you post a link or was it an after purchase link? I don't want you posting a link you payed for. You can use my IM's listed in my profile to send the link if need be.

Email this link to your BB:
    http://blackberry.weatherbug.com/rel...rBugDirect.jad

Open it from the email app and let me know if it works.

It is different, from your link I see what your looking at. I sent the link I listed to myself and the app installed.

Nope. This is the exact file I am having a problem with. That jad file is what I was sent to when I went to the site I originally posted here. When I typed this jad URL into my BB Browser, I get to the download page. The file downloads, but when I tried to install it, I get--Download Failed. the error message about 907 Invalid COD importing a zip file. As you can see from your post, this is a jad file not a zip. I see the following when I typed the jad file into my BB Browser, as well as when I clicked the link when I e-mailed myself on my blackberry e-mail:

    Name: WeatherBugDirect
    Version: 0.9.3.1
    Vendor: Weatherbug:
    Size: 0

Am I the only one that gets this error message?
