    USB Device Not Recognized

this is weird...it was connected to my pc and working fine a moment ago, then I turned on mass storage mode and put a file into the media card. I disconnected it, then when I go to reconnect it, a message comes up saying "USB Device Not Recognized"....any ideas on how to fix this?

Are you using the same USB port on the PC? Does it work on a different port? Did you "Safely Remove Hardware" before you disconnected it?

Probably just rebooting your PC will fix the issue.

Let us know if that does the trick. Otherwise, try a different USB port.

I know I read somewhere about USB ports hanging like this. I'll try to find something and post back if the reboot doesn't do the trick.

yea sometimes the devices/computers drivers for the attached peripheral dont disconnect properly and you need to reboot to resolve the issue. but like rogro said be sure to safely remove it
