    USB Connection Error Message

    I don't know whether this has been discussed before but when I do a search, the topic has been discussed but the solution has not been.

    I had this error message whenever I tried to synch or put new program. The error message was something like "your device is not connected. Make sure you device is connected and try again". I went to search in the forum and there were other people with the similar problem. The desktop manager was in fact stated that the device is connected but the message keep on appearing whenvever you try to synch. I did what was suggested in this forum which is to uninstall and reinstall the desktop manager but that does not solve the problem. It was a frustrating 2 days problem.

    Hence I narrow down the problem to be in the handset and I did a soft reset (took out the battery) and bamp!!! everything work again.

    ok im gonna try that. I thought it was because I was using a Mac
    It is what it is. ya diggg? Ask somebody!
