You should be able to open up Explorer on your computer and just drag and drop.

I've checked "my computers" and "windows explorer" i don't see my phone. Is there a path to my phones memory? I just don't see it or don't have it. I would assume it would be an extra drive that shows up.

The phone it self should ask if if you want to turn on mass media storage when you plug it into the USB. Also do you have a mem card installed?

you don't see an extra drive? if you do that would be your phone's card.

also you have to have mass media storage enabled, like the post above says. your phone should ask you this when you plug it into your computer. just answer yes.

I found the drive. It's a generic drive "J" and it said please enter disk into drive "J:."

Be carefull emailing photos to your phone with out an sd card. Your on board memory will start deleting other msgs to make room for emails with attachements.

Re: upload jpg to curve phone w/o roxio?

I have a problem with my phone or laptop. I have 2gb card in, but when I connect my Curve to the laptop and enable the mass storage and it says that it is connected, I cannot get access to the media card. It does not show up as a removable drive nor does it work with the media manager. When I hook it up to other computers it shows up as a removable drive. Any ideas on what's going? Thanks.

Thats odd. It shows it connecting. I just looked at mine and it works fine. Maybe its a firewall issue.

    Roxio is blind!!

I've searched the forums but cannot find the answer. Media Manager cannot see the media card in my Curve 8310. I've tried different USB cords and ports, unloaded/reloaded DM 4.2.2 and unloaded & loaded DM 4.3. I'm attempting this on a XP SP2 fully updated PC and Mass Storage is enabled on the device (I've tried it both ways).

On my laptop, I'm running Vista and it works as advertised...

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
Walking forward with my eyes wide shut...
