This is kind of weird so ill do my best to explain. I have a 8330 from Verizon. Its been working fine until today i go to jump online to check something and my homepage has changed to the facebook homepage and when i go into browser settings to change my homepage back to google. I cant it wont let me change it back to google. This is weird since i dont even have facebook installed.

Anyone have any ideas on how to change this?

    Thanks

A friend of mine had the same problem on her 8310 last week and she did a soft reset (alt+shift+delete) and she was able to edit after that. Hopefully that works, if not I'm sure one of the experts will get back to you with a better solution.

I have this same problem, but it goes a little further:

I upgraded to the 4.5.0.77 OS and I can no longer change my home page. I believe the problem lies with a bookmark that I can't delete or edit. The bookmark is titled "Home Page" and contains the URL for my former home page. I did do a soft reset to no avail. If someone knows of a solution, I'd be grateful for any information.

I'm thinking its a service book, but which one, I have no idea.

    Thanks
