WHATS UP STACKERS?! lol

im having a new problem on the 8900
trackball scrolling
difficult scrolling in all directions like 80% of the time i use it. i try to scroll to lets say the bottom and left of the menu screen when im at the top right and it takes what seems like days to do so. ive changed the sensitivity around a lot as well and the issue still occurred.
it becomes a real pain when i do a typo without noticing and have to go back in the middle of a message and cant get to it.

well anywhoo
thanks for your guys' help in advance !!

Not to ask stupid questions, but, is the trackball greasy? On my 8320 I had the sensitivity to 100, and it took FOREVER. My solution was going to the 8900
I think there are places that will replace the trackball.

I use compressed air in the can at least once a week to keep trash out. Also try to keep ur hands dry and grease free.

oh yeah i kept that baby in the holster since day 1
i usually do the silicone case but one this one i used the holster i like the design better on it this time around, but i will tried the compressed air method. i generally do a good job at keeping my trackball in good shape, never had any trackball issues before. kinda sucks on the blackberry i take care of the most has this silly little issue....lol
thanks again for your guys' help !

I heard try some rubbing alcohol! I had an issue as well but primarily pressing it down was my issue. With me, it was a matter of constant use and all of a sudden,It jus came out and my problems were gone! Lol try that also. GL!

Have you had the trackball out for a look? I had a pearl previously and the sensors the ball rolls got rusty. I guess maybe from humidity? I think I left it on my pants a few time while in the shower, and dropped it in water once.
After upgrading to my new bold I found new ttackball assemblies online for pretty cheap
