Any AT&T users pick up the 8320 yet? If so, u happy?

Think i'm gonna make the leap of technology faith today or tomorrow... most wifi reports I'm reading from the TMo clan are of the "good" to "awesome" variety...

As wifi is more important to me, I'm likely to cop one and unlock it via gsmsource.... hopefully that won't take long - if u've already done this pleez to share your experiences for us other at&t cronies that are living shamelessly with the 1st gen Curve (although, it's still a marvel to me)

My 8320 is a God Send... No more drop connections at home, thanks to Wi-Fi

I'm at att user but i don't intend to make the leap like you say... it's only wi-fi. lol i'd much rather have gps which we are getting soon. We'll eventually have wi-fi calling as well, and we'll more than likely have a curve with both gps and wi-fi first. To me, personally, Wi-Fi is a necessity for my laptop at home or at a starbucks. Most people have unlimited data anyway so unless they have a realllly bad gprs/edge/hsdpa connection in their home; I, me, personally, can wait for an att curve with gps, and then eventually one with Wi-Fi. 2 cents from a loyalist lol.

I couldn 't picture myself having a cell phone in this day and age without a camera. lol. and in my line of work the camera comes very handy. Wi-Fi is nice. I used to have an 8525 and i think i used the wi-fi once and the camera once a day. I'll wait this one out for once in my gadget needy life (which is a stretch for me) lol

According to what I'm reading... the wifi blows away EDGE connections when using data.... that type of speed increase when browsing or downloading on the Curve has be salivating over this thing, even tho it's branded TMo...

GPS isn't important to me at all... in my vehicles and I can buy a puck (BT) - can't buy a wifi connection if it's not in the phone already

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Jscott just go down to tmo and get one. You have 14 days to return it. Test it out for yourself. The wifi data is amazing. This is by far the best blackberry experence I've ever had. There is nothing like browsing the net in the palm of your hand at cable speeds.

Yeah man, EDGE is dial up compared to a wi-fi network. I say go for it... it all comes down to necessity a just buying a new toy! Let us know how it turns out.

made the switch for UMA. Loved the curve and now I can use wifi for hotspot at home which is a HUGE pluse for me. I'm even going to pay the early term fee to make the switch now instead of waiting. I'll be selling an unlocked att branded 8300 soon too.
