Question T-Mobile's New Website - Change Email Signature

I used to be able to go onto my account page on the old T-Mobile web site and change or delete my email signatures for all of my email accounts (Gmail, MobileMe, ISP provider and Blackberry).

Can this still be done with the New T-Mobile web site?

When I try to change it from my phone using the email setup application I can see my signatures but it won't let me edit nor delete them.

    Any help?

    David

    Error

I tried that. Each time I get this error message:

"We apologize, you do not have access to the My E-mail service.

Please use the e-mail solution provided with your wireless handheld."

As I stated before when I use the email setup program on my phone it lets me see the signature but it won't let me delete or edit it.

    Any suggestions?

    David

You receive this error when you click "configure email" at the bottom of the page under "connect & share"? I am able to see and edit my two email addresses. You should let T-mobile know. You should be able to do it from the device and from the computer. Sorry for your trouble.

I believe they're having some hiccups with the new layout. I just went on to set some stuff up and kept getting errors about HTTP 1.1 not being available. Have you gotten this resolved yet?

    Thumbs up Fixed!

It must have been "new web site hiccups".

    It's all working perfectly now.

    Thanks to all!

That new website was kind of a pain for me when I used it for the first time a few weeks ago. I'm sure it'll improve over time though.

It's a known issue with the page. T-Mobile is aware of it, and they are trying to resolve it. It is taking a bit long I would say. Sux that it can't be done from the phone!

I had an issue the other day were it wouldn't let me edit my email addy's from T-mo's website. Make sure you have a blackberry device pictured next to your phone line. I seems like as soon as I selected a blackberry device, it started working correctly.
