    Kinda the wrong thread for this question but? If you DO NOT select that addon $9.99 does the WiFi still work and can it be used at the locations that have that open signal?

    Yes, it just deducts from your minutes as if you were using a regular GSM signal.

    if you are using hotspot@home you need the add on to work. if you don't want the add for the 9.99$ then you won't have the unlimited calling feature
