    Question Sync with Outlook


    Hi Folks Im a newbee hear so apologies in advance if this seems a dumb question.When I make a new appointment on my handheld and sync with Outlook it doesnt appear there! If I make an appointment in Outlook and sync it appears on the handheld! it was fine up until 2 weeks ago I cant recall changing any setting Any ideas how to put it right as its pretty annoying! Thanks in advance for any help

    It is a known issue with the Curve and can be resolved by ugrading your OS to the latest
    which is stickied at the top of the 8300 forum the Vodafone OS.

    hey aubryralph

    how is your config on your Sync configured?

    Open up your DM and connect up your Curve, select Synchronize, Select the Config Tab, then select Configure Sync...

    Make sure that the arrows point both ways like this "<-->" between the Handheld Applications and Outlook. If it doesn't then you may need to configure them with the pull down Configure menu on the bottom right.

    ps welcome to the Stacks and let me know how it goes

    EDIT: I think Lavagirl has you covered though...I would go with her advice.
