    Switched from pearl to curve and emails still going to pearl

    I purchased a curve and did a device transfer then i did a wipe on the pearl through the security screen i then put my girlfriends sim in the pearl and she keeps getting my email instead of me is there anyway i can fix this

    If you set your e-mail up to go to your blackberry outside of your phone, it goes to the PIN and not the phone number. You have to go to wherever you set up the e-mail to go to your phone and change it there.

    one is setup through yahoo and the other through cingular

    Login to your BIS account and use the "change handhelda" feature.

    Also check the BBfaq section on pinstack. The fisrt few Guides are about switching BBs.

    just a crazy idea but through your service provider you should be able to enter your "set up blackberry email" link and their should be an option to register a new device, or you can access this through your email wizard on your new device. the service provider should recognize the new device and ask to switch to this new handheld. this will link all your email set up under the old device
