using javaloader i got rid of voice activated dialing, extra themes, extra language files. Through option>advance>apps I got rid of help and a bunch of other things that i never use I have about 18-19 mb of free mem with a bunch of apps already installed.

Try ALT + LGLG to clear your event log, too.

    Re: Super Slow Curve

One thing that helps, is not doing back up and restores from an older device. A Selective back up and restore will do better, in back up and restore click advanced, and only backup. Address book, colander, Tasks and notes. Unless you absolutely can’t live with out them, do not do call logs and messages. If only these things are done then the risk of corrupting software on the new Blackberry is kept to a bare minimum.
    Happy Berrying!

    Re: Super Slow Curve

My BB is running pretty slow too. The damn hour-glass CONSTANTLY pops up, even when Im not even using the phone! The applications take a pretty good amount of time to load now, and even my internet is slow at connecting. How do I fix this problem? I deleted my internet history and emptied the cache and cookies, I havent added any new programs or stored anything on the phone itself. I guess you could say the phone is pretty much the way it was when I got it! So why is it running slow now?
