    sudden change in Curve reception....

i recently gave the new Vodaphone OS a shot, but quickly did a full wipe and went back to the ATT OS. prior to any of this the reception and conversation quality were stellar, but since returning to the ATT OS it has declined dramatically. frequent drops in reception and frequent changes in conversation quality - all in areas that had been stable and reliable previously. anybody else experienced this or anything similar? is there anything i can do try and resolve or improve? thx!

i got that App 200 error and just decided to go back w/out going further. i probably did something wrong w/ regards to the unlocking themes and removing PTT and got that.

BUT i haven't found a single thread with anyone talking about any significant improvements w/ the Vodaphone OS. are there any? did i miss a thread?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~UMM even if Sprint had the Curve I wouldn't switch to Sprint. Network coverage is just terrible lol...oh and their cust serv is the worst hands down!

But if you can get past the bad coverage and customer service...it's still more expensive than T-Mobile...which leaves you...where?

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~I dunno, compared to gsm (in america) especially data, sprint beats gsm imo. Some peeps have bad customer sevice (usually its their fault) but network wise I've only found one better in ohio (alltel) ;-)

~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~it may just be a network issue. Ever since this morning me and others have been having intermittent interruptions

I do know that the ATT OS that came with my BB would not allow me to take screenshots of my phone, upgrading the OS fixed that. Otherwise it was pretty stable before.

I almost forgot, moving up to Optus or Vodaphone also allows you to use the hack for audio. From mp3's and video over bluetooth.
