OK peeps! My 83000 has been acting perfect until the other day. I have my husband a special tone when he sends a text, email but the general ringtone when he calls. All of the sudden it stopped working! After redoing and setting it back up, saving it, etc. it still isn't working!

    Can someone help me please?!?!?!?

Have you tried a battery pull? And I never knew there was a 83000 BB.

Is your BB plugged into your computer when this happens? I'm asking this because if the sound is on your media card and mass storage mode is enabled it will change it until the BB is unplugged from the PC.

No it is just happening strictly on the phone, not plugged in at all!
