But my messsges on my 8320 keep disappearing! My mem is fine and ample. Battery pulls didn't do it either...what in gods name is wrong here? I just lost over 50 messages when I turned the thing on. My settings say to keep messages forever as well. At wits end - thinking of giving up on bberry if this continues.

If it may be a memory issue and you're not 100% sure. It may look like you have plenty of memory but there is actually space being reserved and fragmented mem.

    for memory try this:
    http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/how-...-memory-34633/

    If not try these things:

    DOWNLOAD THE UPDATED OS!

    email>options>general options>hide filed messages>no

    BB>options>reconcile now

    If none of that works:
I read on a bb support forum that if none of the above works you can call RIM and they will send some sort of updates to you to solve the problem. I don't know how true that is though.

I know you said that it's not your memory, but usually the only thing that will make that happen is lack of memory. So you should call t-mo and start complaining they might just replace it. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
