Yes to some people (myself included) size does matter. I usually keep my BB in a shirt pocket or in a pocket in my backpack while moving around. This is part of my current dilemma right now. I am debating on asking for another Pearl, another 7105t or an 8800 because of problems with the Pearl I have now, my 2nd already in 3 months.

Yeah I understand. I printed one too. I have to agree with BGR that it is one of the nicest blackberries I've seen. Of course, mine is a paper model and he had the real thing, but still. I am in trouble now as I really do not want to buy the 8320 outright, jeeeez....

Thanks for the dimensions archer, that's the only way I was able to make a actual size PDF. I know it's silly stuff, but I had fun...

I'm gonna go ahead and say that I don't think this is exactly actual size. It might be close but I think its on the small side. Its supposed to weild the same 320 x 240 screen as the 8700 series and the handy-dandy cut-out falls a little short here.
This is good in my opinion because this cut-out is VERY SMALL.

The dimensions below are larger than what you listed in your original post. This is for the Cingular version that is due out this summer. It appears to be almost the same size as the 8800 (4.5 in x 2.6 in x .55 in). Is the T-Mobile version a different size?

BlackBerry 8300 – Cell Phone Technical Specifications Platform / Operating System - BlackBerry OS
    Network Compatibility - GSM 850, 900, 1800, 1900
    Compatible Carrier - Cingular
Ringtone Types Supported - MP3, MIDI
    Internationally Compatible - Yes
Expandable Memory Capacity - MicroSD Card Format Compatible
    Dimensions - 4.5 in x 2.4 in x 0.5 in
    Weight - 4.2 oz

I don't think that it's been determined who will get it first. We'll just have to wait and see......

I also think that it seems a little small when you print it out?

Right -- no carrier has officially announced a release date yet so anything that anyone offers is just a rumor/speculation.

Yes I keep it in an OEM vertical pouch I bought from TMobile 3 days before I got the first Pearl.

I have also now sunk to new lows. I have never printed an exact size replica of a BB before. I think my BB addiction is back. I need to go back to the halfway house.
