Usually a battery pull will do the trick. How much memory do you have on your bb? I find that when my bb is low on battery, it sometimes acts stupidly by having either my email thingy or my bbm thing flash even though there are no new emails and/or bbm messages. To check your memory, you can press LEFT ALT + LEFT SHIFT + H.

Hmm, I see Battery Level, File Free, and File Total, I am not sure if file free is referring to memory or not. But I do like the help with shortcut, kuddos!

Just a quick question. Do you have PPT(push to talk) with AT&T? If so, when or if you register it a smiley face shows up. I always hide mine so I don't click on it. I hate that little guy.I would try the wipe. NE way thought I'd throw out my two cents. If you don't have ptt "my bad"!

I guess if your using PTT then that explain the smiley face. If your not, then I would search the forums to see about removing it.

I do love my PTT, even though I only have one other friend on PTT, it is pretty cool.

Although I'm sure it uses a lot of memory and is going to give me a ridiculous bill, Now what would be interesting is how to remove the icon from the screen.

The smiley face is there when I'm on obviously, but as well, it marks it out when my friend is unavailable.
