Hey all, I have an OEM Silicone skin for my 8310 and it feels a little loose. Any way to shrink them at all? Heat Exposure or ice or anything?

I believe after a week or so it should fit a bit tighter... i bought my wife one for her 8800 and it didnt fit that tight until about a week later.

lol I agree. I'll give it a shot and let you know....

I have it in a bowl of cold water inside the freezer. I will give it about 20 min then let it dry on its own and try it out.

    Re: Shrinkage?

I was pretty sure that there was no way to get it to shrink (short of cheically inducing the shrinkage, i.e heating to the point of melting slightly or with other chemical changes such as using Acetone to essentially melt it as well.

I just replied as I couldn't pass up the perfect setup.

And to lovin2act: I loved that episode, does that make me sponge worthy???

I agree it has been one of those days at work all day and we are just all right on the edge. I saw this and needed something to change the mood. What timing.

Yeah your right, sorry Bighulk! Have you tried maybe some really hot water for a second or two? Kinda like those custom mouthpieces you get for athletics where they shrink to fit to your mouth. Maybe that will work a tiny bit for the rubber used on your silicone skin there.
