    Sending email

My bb has quit emailing people! I has registered my routing table, did a hard restart, pulled the battery and still can't send emails. Any suggestions from anyone on what else might work short of calling verizon?

Have you tried going into email setup and deleting and re-adding the email addresses?

If that doesn't work, on your BIS page, re-enter your PIN & IMEI numbers in the "Change Device" section. That will sometimes resolve the issue as well.

    Personal or corporate BlackBerry?

If personal I suspect you need to log in to your BIS (the place where you add and remove email accounts) and send service books.
If corporate you need to call your company help desk.

Have you created an account with Blackberry yet? You should be able to get to the BIS through the email setup as well.

    try this link

If you bought your BB used, someone already set a BIS account up with that PIN, you'll need to have the person you bought it from (if you know) and have them call Verizon and release the PIN. Or you can call and sometimes you can get it done.
