    Well, that would have to depend on what your device is used for (i.e. business, pleasure, top secret missions for the CIA). Another thing to consider might be, how often (and where) is your device left unattended.

    Personally, I don't use any security features unless I have to leave my device unattended, or if I go to a crowded public venue, like say a sporting event. All other times, I pretty much have a kung-fu death grip on the thing. I think it's safe to say that sooner or later you too will find yourself clinging to your BB, like it's a matter of life or death.

    If you are to use security features, why not use them all? Definitely enable the password. Have it lock upon holstering, # of password attempts set to 3 (just in case ), and a 10 minute security timeout is probably sufficient.

    Unless you're on a BES, you probably won't have any use for any encryption.
