Do you think there is enough wiggle room for a Seidio (rubberized) encased Curve to fit in?

    Roger
There should be, what I did was go to any place that had cell phones and cameras, and I stuck my Berry in anything I liked ( Kind of like dating) and this one fit the best, it has a little give to it, so you souls be OK, An extended battery and case would be an issue, but the rubberiszed case should fit fine.

this looks like it is the right case, Staples only had them on Black, I can confirm this on the way home later today.
Now that I see what you're talking about I have to say that this IS a great idea!. I actually have one just like it with a camera in it - use it a lot.

These are also available a places like Best Buy, etc. Good going Pda!

Hello, you guys. I want to thank you all, especially PDA.TECK. That is a nice and simple idea. I will give it a go. Pretty strange that the Curve seems to have been by-passed by the holster makers.

I have this one that I bought on Ebay and I love it. If goes through the belt as well as clipping on. It's cheap enough to purchase several, and I don't have a job where I get wet, but with as much as I sweat, this one gets pretty wet. It has held up through a year and is still going strong.

PDA, were you able to confirm that it is the Rezo 15 model from Lowepro?

    Thanks,

Well it is a hard thing to find a device holster that is a belt loop rather then a clip, the best rugged thing i would sugest is if course the ottor box, it is a great device, but its still a clip rather then a belt look. I belive there are many camera cases that have the belt loop and use zipper rather then button or something, thats what i would recomend, not really a fasion statment but works well! I got one of thouse a year ago with my a digital camera at best buy, you might want to go there and check it out,

Sorry I was acctually not able to, the Transmission in my Van went out , so I have been deeling with my own issues. I am fairly sure that is the right one though form the look of it. But again, I suggest Going to staples or welmart and silde it in a few cases to make sure you like the FIT. one thing I AM sure of, is the Case I got is not listed on staples website. But I see them in the store.

I, too, am a firefighter and have used the NiteIze Holster (http://niteize.com/productdetail.php...product_id=109) for my Curve since I've owned it. It is not a spring clip, but a clip that goes around your belt, so you can remove it if you have to. It is very rugged. I have caught it on many things without breaking. As opposed to breaking almost every spring type clip I've ever had. Just my .02.

    Check out some of these:

Also, you gotta think outside of the box! If you go to Galls or something, you can probably try to test-fit your blackberry in a HANDCUFF case

That 5.11 thing might be just right - I would be missing out on the sleep function of some of the magnetic holsters, but I could live with that. Anyone know of any tough clips that work on double think 1.5" leather gunbelts (think plain clothes cop belts)? The one that came with my 8820 wasn't deep enough to actually close properly around my belt. I want a case that always stays on the phone and a holster that holds it correctly.
