...coming loose near the lower (PTT) button on left side. Not real loose, but just enough to hear it clicking back and forth everytime I'm operating it. I am afraid it will get worse. Should I exchange it before my 30 days? IS anyone else having this problam with their 8310?

You can try pushing it back in. It just snaps into place. IF it's loose, it leads me to believe the rest of the housing is loose. Might want to try tightening up the t5 screws

I had this problem with my 8320, but it was between the volume keys and camera button. I just got so annoyed that i called up and got it replaced. For the price i paid i want nothing wrong.
