I prefer to skip Roxio all together as I find it to be somewhat of a resource hog, on my system at least.

On your BlackBerry go to options > media card > enable media card support, enable mass storage mode, set auto enable mass storage mode to your liking (i prefer prompt).

Then you can just drag and drop your media files from your PC directly onto the MicroSD card as the PC sees it as an external HardDrive.

To view or listen to the files you have just moved, you have to unplug the BlackBerry from the PC.

I had the same problem. I did one inital sync but after that Roxio couldn't see my Curve even though I was able to sync my calendar, address book and memos with no issues. I had activated the mass storage feature (BTW, I agree it's a much more efficent way to move things and it's better to store them on the micro sd card than the units memory.) and was moving things that way. About a week and a half ago my Curve suddenly reset itself. Not sure why or what kind of reset (it wiped out my address book, calendar and memos, but left all the programs and apps I downloaded plus all of my ringtones, photos and documents that I had on the mini sd card). Low and behold Roxio suddenly was able to see my Curve and everything has been OK since. Can't really figure what happend, as I have all the same stuff on the Curve as before.

Options, Security Options, General Settings, MENU KEY, Wipe Handheld. You will lose everything.

After that your Roxio should work again.

    Restore yada yada.

    Worked for me.
