My wife has an 8310 and had to replace due to a crack on the screen. We just received the replacement in the mail and I used desktop manager to backup and then restored that info onto the new one. Everything worked except for there was no browser transferred. Anyone know how to fix this problem?
First thing to try is register your device (Host Routing Tables - Menu - Register Now) and resending your service books. If that fails let us know and we can try some other tricks!
