I downgraded to .184 yesterday from .37. Did a clean wipe before installing. Ok now today I was talking to someone through BB Messenger and out of nowhere...rested! I don't have any memory leaks and I have about 26MB of free space on my BB. Anyone had this problem? Hope it doesn't happen again.

How many applications did you have open?

I've been having the same problem. T-Mobile will tell you to get a replacment battery. Then if that doesn't work they will get you a replacment phone. Well that's what I was told when I was on the phone with them.

Even if I close them and do that I still see the apps.

The browser, home screen, call logs, and messages will always be running in the background even if you close them.
