Smile Removing E-Mail from Old Curve

Hello all, I gave a friend of mine my old Curve (8300) and upgraded to an 8310. My old unit still has my e-mail accounts associated. How do I un-associate? I already have the same associated with my new 8310. My friend did activate and register the phone but my accounts are still listed. I told him I thought he needed to go to "email set up" on the curve which will redirect to the att/blackberry web site and delete the accounts from his log in. Does this sound about right?
    Thanks, Stephen

Had a situation much like this but with a 8300 curve that was going bad. Just have your friend create a personal BIS email account and then delete the old ones from the phone and he should be good to go.

Once you have deleted the accounts from your BIS account, you can also try deleting the email's service book to get rid of the icons.

    You can find them in:
    Options>Advanced>Service book>Highlight the email service book>Menu>Delete
    BlackBerry Rocks!<-Check it out!

    Thumbs up Thanks

Great tips! Forgot about the service books! I know he's created the BIS but not sure if he's got to the service books. Appreciate the help!
