Start with clearing cache and a reset of your phone. You can get a "soft reset" program here and you won't have to do a battery pull to reset. ALso you might update your profile so we can tell what OS you're running, who your carrier is, etc. and that would help you get a more informed reply.

Sorry, I have not updated my profile. I have already cleared the cache previously and have done numerous battery pulls. I should also give more information about the problem. For the last week or so, there has been random hourglass waits, i guess you can call them that. I've had the phone for about a month now, and this has not happened before. I guess its not too much of a big deal, but its bothering me. It actually started around the time I restored my phone to a previous state.

    How is your memory level?

    Options - Status - File Free=?

Sounds like a low memory issue....do you have a sd card? storing much media in device memory? Added new themes?

Can you elaborate on "restored my phone to a previous state" ---What did you do and why?

On your 8320 there is not much of an upgrade from .180 , I doubt that will help.

    File free is 16790071 bytes.
    I have a 4gb SD card.

I accidentally deleted my today plus theme. I thought doing a restore from the DM would bring it back, but it didn't. I'm not looking for an upgrade, just wondering if reinstalling the os would help. Again, my problem isnt a huge one, just wondering what i can do to make it disappear.

hmm....I just restored my phone the other night with DM and when I did, i had a "missed phone call" icon locked on my home screen! It had to be the most annoying thing in the world! I had to completely wipe my device and re-load all my contacts, events, everything manually. IT sucks! Perhaps you will not have to resort to that...is there any app that you are using that is draining the energy a lot on your bb? Memory leak? Too many emails?
