    Hmmm well this is interesting. Guess I shouldn't have opened the battery door as much because now the sticker ripped in half. A piece is on the screw but can see the screw and the other half is inside where the battery door latches on the phone near the camera. ... Sooo .. What does this mean lol

    it's in the upper left corner, just is on top of the screw.

    you'll see it when you get your curve.

    What if you just print another sticker? remove carefully and place the new one?... just a though

    it pretty much will void your warranty... another friend of mine said he sent it a different phone with the same kind of sticker covering up the screw holes for a warranty exchange and he said he had no issues... so hopefully if you did need to file a claim (which i hope u dont) you wont have a problem.

    This is not your typical white square tab sticker. This is a red round sticker with a diagonal white line running through it and with it encircling the outer sticker itself. Its not like you're going to be able to find this anywhere. I would try and call your service provider and say that it was broken when you got it. I'm sure as long as you haven't physically opened the phone you should be good.

    Ill second that... Your best bet here is to let your service provider know immediately what the situation is and get it taken care of...

    And in conclusion the important of this whole lesson is documentation. They'll have that call in your file so they will know on X date you called explaining damage on your phone. Just to make sure I would log down the info and find out who you talked to as well.
