Recently purchased 8300, will an upgrade cost retail?

I purchased a 8300 Curve from AT&T on August 25th and signed a 2yr. contract. Now that the 8310 is out, I would like to upgrade for the added GPS functionality. If I decide to do this, will I have to pay retail price ($399) for the 8310?

Yes, it probably will cost you retail if you buy from AT&T.

    Sorry,

If it is within the 30 day take back time? I bought an 8300 a week and a half ago and I plan on taking it back this Tuesday to get the 8310.
So many gadgets, so little time. Sigh!
