Yup. I wish therewas a setting to configure to allow this to happen automatically.

Did you update the service books on both your BB as well on BIS? Did you go to options, advanced options, host routing table and register now? Is your email option set to html yes? You should be able to view pics. Good luck. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

I didn't know about the registration in the "host routing table". I'll see if that makes a difference. Thanks~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

For me the first couple picture emails I received I had to download manually, but once they started coming through the pictures were loading automatically!

I just deleted the BBsmart Viewer, and will see how that works. Originally I just disabled it.

As soon as I upgraded, I sent a test email with images. That loaded as code, so I resent my service books, and it came in with the tables but no images. I then downloaded the images did not see anything come through so I did a hard reset. Once I was up I sent a couple more emails, and then the pictures were loading automatically as I went into the new emails.

    Hope this helps..

    Thanks, Shawn.

I've done all that. Maybe I'm just too impatient as I generally delete e-mails almost as fast as they come in! Don't save too many on the device.

Yeah, good point. I do save some, generally the work ones, but maybe I'll start letting the device do the housekeeping.
