You should try to delete the application and then reinstall it. That has happened to my bb before and I simply deleted it and reinstalled it later, allowing my bb to reconfigure and find my connection settings. To clear up a little memory, you may want to clear the event log. To delete the even log simply hold down ALT and then press L-G-L-G. Then press the bb key. Next, you will get a menu. Scroll down to "Clear Log" and then verify deletion.
