    hi...i need help. i have a 8320 from europe and trying to get cap EDGE here in the US....i also have no browser on the device...what to do?

    The first thing I would do would be to start another thread so people can see what your problems are and try and help. Your Edge problems may have to do with coverage in your area, and to get a browser you need to get a Blackberry Data plan. You can talk to your carrier about that. If you have a BB data plan, try resending your service books and then see if it the browser is there.

    thanks for getting back to me

    i have spoken with T-mob and they dont know either why i am not getting data. i have sent the books etc etc etc etc....i would like to do a master reset and download a new browser or something of that nature...ideas?

    Do you have a blackberry Data plan associated with your Wireless Account? Have you registered your PIN and IMEI with that account? And Is that an 8730 or an 8703 in your Profile?

    Yes i have a data plan. i had the 8800 before and thought that i could just switch the SIM...but unfortunately no . the phone and SMS works however i cant get data connection. for some weird reason i can access the map option. i also downloaded OPERA MINI and that works but i cant get any other data to come into the phone. PIN and IMEI is registered. it's an 8320 titanium curve

    yes. i have been with them since 5 years. i had an 8800 before and thought that i can just switch the SIM card. but no luck ingettingthe cap EDGE and data. i can use the map option and i also downloaded the OPERA MINI browser...but no luck in getting data in

    i use a GMAIl account and just want to see the emails

    any ideas?

    Call your Provider, It might be a Tower problem or something specific messed up in the Account Provisionsing. Have you logged into your Account and resent the service books. That also might be the problem.

    i'm in chicago and i have a second BB which is getting data perfectly

    Sounds like you haven't logged into the BIS Account and updated your PIN and IMEI to associate the New BB with the Account. Verify that your BIS account shows the current PIN and IMEI. If the second is getting data, but the new one isn't, you may not have completed the BIS Association update.

    go to t-mobile.com and log in to you account, you'll be able to see your bb information, make sure it is showing the correct PIN, update and save if necessary
