This is my Blackberry. There are many like it, but this one is mine. Without me my Blackberry is useless. Without my Blackberry I am useless.

I dont think you need them, go to email settings then email accounts then click on delete. Try it, I may be wrong

Have you registered the unit on your bis account? If you haven't, resetting the device and registering it to your bis account should stop the emails.

Try it - it can't hurt. The accounts SHOULD be removed when you delete them. ALso try resending service books and/or re-registering.

Hmm, would just whipping & starting over help? Amazing someone would sell phone with their email still attached. Unless I'm reading things wrong.

    Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Table>Menu key>Register Now...and

find manager internet email icon on your BB, go there to service books and send service books.

UPDATE: if all else fails you could wipe and reinstall everything but you shouldn't have to do all that - good luck.

Pin will need to be released. You will need to contact the old owner and get them to either migrate their email to their new BlackBerry or delete their account. If you can't contact the Original owner you will need to contact their carrier and tell them the circumstances... Hopefully they "release" the PIN.
