    Bump

Anyone figure out how to make a playlist? I thought of changing the genre's of the songs I wanted to a unique name thereby creating a playlist but it would be a pain to edit back, recreate, etc.

The folder idea actually works great. i've got like 15 folders with 20+ songs each. Each folder has a different music theme. U can play a whole folder and shuffle, etc.

    Re: Playlists?

I found that if you just port all your songs over with Roxio, if they are already in a playlist, it will save that playlist on your phone with those songs too

That's probably part of my problem - I used Windows Media Player to "drag" the individual music files onto the card.

I'll give this a try tonight.

    thanks again

    Re: Playlists?

Plug your phone into the USB port. When its asks if you want to "Run Mass Storage Mode" select "Yes"
Go to "My Computer" and select the drive that your phone is using (mine is usually F or G).
Naviagate through to find the songs you want to add to a playlist and select all of them.
Now right-click and select "Play" or "Play With Media Player"
Where it says "Now Playing List" in media player, cllick the arrow and select "Save Playlist As"
Save the file type as "M3U Playlist" into the same folder on the BlackBerry where the music is stored.
Now you have a playlist on your Curve.

    Re: Playlists?

Yeah, when you use WMP, all it does is put them into one folder, I did that for a while becuase I found it easiest. But using Roxio automatically organizes things to how you have them on your computer.
