^^ haha...you're welcome RIM and tmobile

seriously, for an on the go, pull it out and take snap shots, its cool those were taken at all the highest settings and then i reduced them to 640x480 on my PC using PS. that's it tho...no enhancing at all

and do take into consideration, as with any digital camera (and with me as the one taking the pics), about 50% come out good, the other 50% come out bad

Re: Pics taken with your CURVE

The Curve's camera is pretty decent, but I must disagree with the one who said it's comparable to Canon's point and shot... I have an Ixus 800IS, and had a lot of other point and shot camera before, and the quality is comparable of my old kodak point and shot... it was a medium end point of shot of the 2000's... 7 years ago.
Not mentioning the fact it had a real optical zoom, and a flash
So no, nowadays point and shot are FAR better, and I always have mine, but well, it cost around 250$ (because very compact and good captor) and most people don't carry a camera with them all the time
So this is still better than nothing And can take decent pix... I would have take a curve if only it was cheaper... the 8800 was much cheaper... so... never mind

PS: we can see that, depends on the photographer, you can have so-so to wonderful pix with the same camera
