    Phone Answer Lag

I upgraded to a VZW Curve and am running 4.5.077. My problem is, when I answer the phone using the green button, and when removing from sleeve, the phone does not answer for 1-2 seconds. Sometimes I hit it twice because I think it did not answer (which causes an error).

My question is, is this a problem with the phone or is it an OS problem?

i think all carriers have that lag before it picks up. when you rpess the send button it prob has to send a signal back to the tower ok i am answering now etc. so i am sure every carrier has this little lag.

It may be that lag. I usually don't put the phone to my ear until I see that it has connected. It may just be the lag from the incoming screen to the connected screen while actually connecting the call without lag. Will see how htat actually goes.
