    Jason,

Its actually pretty simple. You can add, edit, and delete POP and IMAP email accounts on your carrier BIS web site. for AT&T it is here:
    https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=mycingular

All you need in most cases is your email address and account password for the account you are adding.

Since you indcate that this is an acocunt you are presently accessing with Outlook, you do need to make sure that Outlook is set to "leave a copy of messages on the server"

    Please post back any quesitons.

EDIT - Jason, you may find this thread helpful...

I'm having problems.. I went to ATT BIS page, added the e-mail. but still nothing. Was on the phone with ATT rep, she got it to work while on the phone, but it didn't when i got off the phone. Talked to another guy, he didn't know WTF he was doin. The messages just won't go to the phone..

I believe what Gary is asking is to make sure you have the setting set in Outlook to leave a copy of your messages on the server for at least one day in order to make sure they are pushed to your device.
