    Help!!!

Hey i just put 4.5 on my 8310 that I run through T-mobile and it keeps shutting off and restarting. It worked fine for about 4 days and now it restarts itself over and over. I've deleted off most of the third party apps (amaze gps, theme's i had...) to try to free up some of the memory with no luck. Any advice?

Did you have a media card in the device when you did the upgrade?

afoi, yes there is. The web site says you can run apps from the media card, but I have heard this is not possible.

Is there anyone using Aerize and who can confirm whether or not apps can be run from the media card?

i installed .69 a week ago and my device shuts down randomly...and my battery runs out much much faster than earlier. if i turn my bt on, it shuts down. i have to do a battery pull and it starts and i can see there is battery available (more than 50% sometimes). its pissing me off and i was wondering if any1 else had similar probs...i'm thinking of going back to .55

Yes, that could very well be your issue.

Get the OS loaded without it, drop all your stuff off the media card onto the PC, then reformat the card with the new OS.

i reloaded my .69 this time pulled out media card before doing it...it cleared all the things...my battery is also full ! then i updated my 3rd party apps such as viigo (set up screens)...and then i was updating my docs to go...abt 40% downloaded and the phone just shut down...i did not insert my media card yet...what gives? restarted by doing a battery pull...the battery is at 80%...and it shut down again! man this is pissing me off! just pulled the battery again to restart and now connected it to my usb for power so it wont shut down. the battery is down to 40% when it started now. wats causing my battery drain? i had viigo running in the background...that probably is my issue...will have to see by uninstalling viigo.

going bk to .55 is my best option? i'm on 8300 with att.

Not sure, jsaradhi. Could be one of your data files or applications that is corrupt. It's trial and error at this point.
