An OS 4.5 annoyance w/ HTML email...

Hi all...Can anyone please help me with this?

I am on my fifth OS 4.5 beta, and it's always the same story. Whenever I open an email that has images in it, I have to click on "Get Images" EVERY single time.

Is there a way around that? I've looked through every last page in the Settings and Advanced Settings but no dice. Is there a workaround I'm unaware of?

    Thanks everyone!

Under "Message Options" - "Email Settings" - "Enable HTML EMail, there is an option which says "Download Images Automatically". Just change that to "Yes"

I am having the same issue and the settings are set to yes. I am on a BES could that be the problem? It is the latest version of BES. On an 8320.

Why you'll always have to GET EXTERNALLY LINKED IMAGES.

It's the note at the end of the article.

So, with that said... Sometimes you need to manually download images. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Depends. Yes (manual) to externally linked images, not to embedded images, these can be set to automatically download....

I have it set to "Automatically download images", but I'm still prompted to "Get Images" most of the time...

Because those e-mails contain externally linked images.

Apparently not. I looked through every last setting. Will this be the case for the Bold as well?

I'm running 4.5 and when I go to e-mail settings that option isn't there... All I have is:
    Confirm Delivery:
    Confirm Read:
    Send Read Receipts:

I don't understand why that option isn't there...

I didn't have those options either until I re-sent my service books to my blackberry. The settings are there after taking that step.
