    OS 4.5 and Hidden Pictures

so i notice that after i did the 4.5 upgrade for my VZ curve there is an option under properties of pictures to hide them....which is perfect for those compromising pictures...but does anyone know how i view them if i want to? i cant find a folder or unhide option...

p.s. the subtle differences do make it nice to do the upgrade

The only thing that happens when I click Hide is the media app closes, then when I click the media icon the pic is right there.......idk if the feature just doesn't work, or if its a wierd glitch in my BB but I have the 8330 with 4.5.0.77 as well.

Actually you dont do "Hide" that hides the current program...instead click on a pic and hit properties then click hide

I think its like show desktop on the pc. It hides the pcitures, but when you come back its in the same place where you left it. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

I wonder why they chose the word Hide in the menu like that, just hit the end key and it's hidden/running in the background.......they don't use that in any other native bb apps I've seen.........

    Thanks for the clarification

    Maybe.....thanks melissa

I hide a few pictures and didn't know how to get them back either. I just connected it to my computer and "un-hid" them from there. But now I know. thanks!

I just hid a picture to see how things work. How do I unhide it on the phone?

    1. Go to .media.
    2. Menu botton.
    3. Explore
    4. Media card
    5. Blackberry
    6. Pictures
    7. Menu
    8. Show hidden

To unhide: do properties on the hidden picture and remove the check mark for "Hide"

It still does not work on my Curve 8330. I try I hide images and it does not work even through properties. If I click the hide option, it only goes back to homescreen. Any other advice?~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Works on my VZW 8330 w 4.5.0.77. Use the properties to set the hidden property. Once hidden, via explore, use the "Show Hidden" menu option to see the hidden files (and change their properties if you'd like).
